1) Physical Setup (Do This First)

• Use AC power / dummy battery for the G85

  (This alone eliminates 90% of reliability problems)

• Use a micro-HDMI → HDMI cable into the ATEM Mini Pro

• Plug the G85 into HDMI 1–4 on the ATEM

2) Critical Camera Settings (Do These Once)

A) Clean HDMI Output

On the G85:

MENU → Setup (Wrench) → TV Connection → HDMI Info Display (Rec) → OFF

This gives you a clean feed to the ATEM.

B) Disable All Power Saving

MENU → Setup (Wrench) → Economy

Set:

• Sleep Mode → OFF
• Sleep Mode (Wi-Fi) → OFF
• Auto LVF/Monitor Off → OFF
• Power Save LVF Shooting → OFF

If you’re on AC power, the camera will now run indefinitely.
